Question posted by noclue5 on January 30th, 2017

Is There An Issue With My Machine?

The flywheel on my new Rw200 rower makes a clicking sound and the distance travelled at each pull never varies. It always moves 3 or 4 meters each pull based on resistance which also does not seem to change significantly from 1 to 10. My daughter uses a concept 2 machine at her club and rows 9 minutes for a 2000m race but on our machine it shows her rowing 1000m in 7 minutes. This clearly does not seem accurate. Help
