Nordictrack Treadmill Not Working After Being In Storage
My treadmill was in storage for a couple of years and when I plugged it in nothing worked. Half of the screen lit up but the motor does not turn. The fan did not work or the incline. I took the control panel off and disconnected all the connections, cleaned then and reconnected them.Now the screen works, the incline and the fan. I can hear the noise from the transformer but still the motor does not turn.I put a voltage meter on the output from the transformer and have a reading of 8volts. I believe the voltage should be 16volts. I tried increasing the speed to increase the power to the motor but the reading stays the same.Any suggestions?
