Cant Program Screen Skips Constantly

My elliptical lost its I-fit program due to poor signal. I now have broadband and am unable to reprogram as the screen keeps jumping and you cant complete any step

The NordicTrack Elite 10.9 Elliptical has a touch screen interface. This is the most likely cause of the skipping. The touch screen can get dirty or greasy and this will affect its responsiveness. You can clean the screen with a damp cloth and some mild soap, but be careful not to damage it.

How do I reset my nordictrack elite 10.9 elliptical?

Press either the "Start" or "Program Select" button three times. This will reset the console to normal operating mode. Use the machine as usual.
