Track Won't Move Machine Works Otherwise

Why is my NordicTrack treadmill not moving?
Belt Tension
If the belt is too tight, it could cause enough tension that the motor can't turn the belt. This is most likely the cause of your belt not moving if you recently adjusted the belt tension due to slippage. Lift the edge of the belt.
Why is my NordicTrack not working?
No Power to the Console
For safety reasons, NordicTrack treadmills won't operate without the safety key. ... If it is, go to the front of the treadmill and locate the reset switch next to the power cord. If this has been tripped, wait five minutes and press the button back in to reset the machine.

How do you reset a NordicTrack treadmill?
Plug the power cord into a nearby power source. Then, locate the "ON/OFF" switch near the power cord and shift it to the "ON" position. Depending on the problem you are having with your NordicTrack, you can try to unplug the machine and wait thirty seconds before plugging it back in and switching it on.
