White Line Going Through Screen

I have a nordictrack c1630 pro. I have a white line going through the bottom of the screen. It occurs with the key in or out. I tried u plugging unit and also disconnecting and reconnecting the console. Nothing worked

If you have a white line going through the bottom of the screen on your NordicTrack C1630 Pro treadmill and unplugging the unit or reconnecting the console did not fix the issue, it's possible that there is a hardware problem with the display.
