Hi,I have been through the entire warranty process four times with the Nokia 520. It seems they are just recycling broken phones and shipping them out as replacements. The one they sent this time won't even turn on. I am very unhappy about the disrespect to me as a customer and the time I have spent trying to use the warranty system for a phone that I really do like. I know it is not anything on my end as I am using a old one right now with the sim and battery I am putting in the ones sent from the warranty center. I don't know who they are outsourcing the warranty repair to, but, as a business owner myself I can tell you this makes Nokia look pretty bad.Kindest regards,Darlene Davis
