This is probably a server problem -
It maybe on your end , but then it could be for your recipients...

This is what I would do"
1. You may want to Check your SENT box if the message was not sent, ithere is possibly a RED X by the message and a green arrow if the message did get sent
If there is an indication that the message was not sent, Try again.

IF you still cannot send message;
2. delete unwanted messages from mailboxes
try again...

Now if You have tried everything it is possible that
1. there is a subscription problem with your recipient
>>Payment or prepaid
2. travelled out of the area and not delivered yet
3. Recipients mailbox is full and cannot receive messages.

I also turn off my phone and take out the battery and then turn it back on.
After i try all of these options, I can then get my message delivered.

If you want a test message- send one to yourself - it's always a good indication that it is working!

One thing for sure - if you have been able to send to them before then it is probably a temp problem and i guess patience is the key, If they dont get it the first time- resend
