Can all my contacts be saved DIRECTLY to my SIM card w/a NOKIA 6061? THX!

Definitely the answer is yes. In fact, all contact information that you save on your mobile phone are directly stored in the SIM card. You can even copy all the information from your phone to your SIM card. Please refer to the user's manual here:
