No Service

Till yesterday I have no signal on my Nokia 3200. I don't know why. I had the self problem last week. Every time it appears when I try to send a few MMS. I don't know if there is a relation . How to do to have the signal again?Thank you for your help. If your answer is in French it's better for me.
