Earpiece Not Working

if i connect the earpiece some sort of noise is heard and now its not detecting... may i knw d reason 4 dis and plz let me knw if thr is any model for earpiece also

Unfortunately, there is no other fix for this problem but replacement of the earpiece part. Based on my research, there is no available earpiece part online for this model. I suggest that you bring the product to the nearest service center in your area for repair.
