Lens Stuck In Extended Position

While using my camera it stopped working and when I pushed the power button on it tells me to shut it off,take the lens cap off then turn it on the lens is stuck in the extended position

Unfortunately lens issues are extremely difficult to fix. Really your only option is to send it in to Nikon for repair.
