How Can I Fix That This Gps Call State Routes Seniors The Drives Dr Doctor Etc

please what can i do to get rid of that stupid softare that calls routes senior and in spanish senores drives dr doctors or doctores etc people don believe me until they get in my car and hear the ridiculous way this gps is programe i prefer my money back please H E L P this ridiculous awful
