My Netgear Fwg114p V2 Failed And Cannot Log Onto The Internet.

The lights on the unit tries to connect and after a few attempts, the lights on the Internet, and all ports (1 - 4) just flicker constantly. I tried resetting the unit and diconnecting it. Nothing seems to work. Please help.
