What Kind Of Adapter Can I Use With This Router To Set Up My Gaming System?

Adapter??? Not sure what you are referring to. This is a 10/100 fast ehternet switch, not a router. It uses standard ethernet LAN cables. It must be connected to a DSL, Cable, or satellite router (modem) in order to do anything unless you are setting up an isolated home network with no Internet connection.
If your gaming system (you neglected to mention which one you have) has an ethernet port all you'll need is a cable to connect it. It's the same cable you would conenct this switch to your PC or DSL router with.
This switch is non managed so there are no settings you can adjust...it just works.
