Wired Connection Problem With Dgnd3700

Hi, just made an attempt to replace DGND2200 with DGND3700. One of my boxes (EEPC Win7 Pro) does not see physical connection. Tried four diferent patch cables and all four ports on the router, no luck. Changing back to 2200 everything works again. Any sugestions? Regards Richard
