I Would Like To Know Why Netspend Is Keeping My Refund.

Yes my name is Roderick IngramI filed my taxes and got my money place on a netspend card thru the tax office I have used for years once the money was on the card it was block I call to see why I was ask to send a copy of my ID and Social Security card alone with a bill and I done that. Then the card unblock well after using the card only 3 times it was block again and I was told that the remaining of my money would be sent back to Republic Bank which wa s2,623 on February 26,2018. The Bank has call them and sent form to return the money but as of today nothing has happened. I call the IRS and they told me before I call a lawyer to call netspend Corporate office and see if someone their could me help . I want to know where's my money and what did they do with my personal information. I sent them over aim block from calling because I have been calling everyday so now my Phone calls are block. What's going on someone Please Help Me. I
