I Have A Pda That Came Out In 2003,it Is Not Accepting The New 3g Sim Card.

I think it needs a updated software so that it can be compatible with the new 3g sim card.

Updatig software could help. But newer SIM cards have different hardware too. More memory and different power managment. Old cards can store 100 phonebook entrys, new 250. 

It is good to have software up to date, but is it not sure it will help.
