Photon Q 4g Lte Won't Turn On

Hi,
Have you tried to force reboot the device? Press and hold the power key + volume down key for 10 to 20 seconds, the device will restart and go through the boot-up sequence.
When you plug it to the charger does it still have a charging indicator or is it still accepting a charger? Try to plug it to a charger, within 30 seconds your device should display a battery meter indicator. If you do not see the battery meter after 30 seconds, please press and hold the Power button and Volume down button for 10 to 20 Seconds with the device plugged in, the device will restart and go through the normal boot-up sequence.
If it still won't power on, you can contact Motorola to check for your options (warranty/repair)https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/action/auth.
