How Do I Return Motorola Rx124g For A Refund? Purchased 7/2/13 Where Do I Send I

I need an address to return my Motorola EX124G. I have purchased a LG tracfone to replace it. The Motorola was such a dissapointment.

Call TracFone, at 800-867-7183.

Tell the customer service representative that you would like to return your phone and get a refund. TracFone will only accept a return if the phone was purchased in the last 30 days.

Get a return authorization number (RMA) from the customer service representative and also get the address to send the phone to.

Package the phone in a box and write the RMA number on the shipping label. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the phone. It is advisable to ship the phone with a tracking number.

Ship the phone to the address provided by the TracFone customer service representative. TracFone will credit your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned phone! Hope this helps you!
