Hi,

Here are the steps on how to properly remove the SD card.

  1. Open card access door.
  2. Using finger or a small coin, gently press edge of cards towards device until a click is heard, then finger or small coin and allow card to release.
  3. Cards should pop out enough to allow careful removal of the card(s) from the device with your thumb and finger. Do NOT use any type of tool/object to remove the card as this may cause damage to the card and/or the connector.
  4. Close card access door.

You can check this link for the illustration on where to find the SD card slot https://motorola-global-en-usa.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/87876.

Hope this helps.

In order to remove the memory card it should be at the top in the right side of your phone, you just have to push it and it will come up. Allow me to send you the link in order for you to check the Motorola Website user guide of the Electrify so you can see the images: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/ci/fattach/get/470702/1343837665/redirect/1/filename/Electrify2_UG_USC_68016765001A.pdf
