Help With Hk200 Bluetooth

Why cant I hear the ringing or peoples voices with my Motorola HK200 Bluetooth. I can hear the voice prompts and it tells me that my phone and bluetooth are connected. It was working fine and then all of a sudden its not. I have tried everything. The mute button also.
