Hi,

Is it happening when you're in a call or when you're listening to music? Make sure Phone Audio and Media is selected under your bluetooth options. You can try to reset the headset to factory settings and pair it again with your phone. Press and hold the Call button while turning on the headset to start Settings menu, then follow the voice prompts. Select reset to factory default.

You can also try to pair the headset to a different phone and check if it will do the same thing. This is juts to isolate the issue.

If still the same thing after performing these troubleshooting steps and your headset is within a year from the date of purchase, you can contact Motorola for warranty options. Here's how to contact Motorola https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/action/auth.

Hope this helps.
