No Indicator Lights On Blue Tooth.

As I was talking, text message came in and blue tooth quit working. No indicator lights. Can I use a standard USB power cable to charge Blue Tooth from computer. USB cable is from Verizon cell phone rated at 5.1v and 0.7A
