H390 Blue Tooth Red Blinking Light Not Charging Issue
I just bought 2 of these H390 headsets online one of them is supposed to be new and the other I bought it used. Both of these bluetooth headsets are not working. They just continiously blink red only when attempting to charge for hours but do not turn on after unplugging them. What could be the issue here? I am about to request for a refund on both of these this doesnt make any sense.

The red indicator light is a sign that your headset battery level less than 70% of charge, for how long are you leaving your headsets plugged? are using a Motorola charger with the headset and have you tried other chargers and outlets with it?
