My Phone Wont Pair With Bluetooth Hands Free Device..wont Let Me Hear Voicemails

we bought one for my wife too..hers works perfect

Restore your phone or format it then make sure that you set your internet settings correct and bluetooth to even phone call setting then call you service provider.
