Hi,

If you want to back up your files (music, pictures, videos, documents) to your SD card you can check this link https://motorola-global-en-usa.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/71667 on how to copy/move files from the internal storage to SD card.

If you want to back up your contacts you can follow these steps.

To import contacts from an SD card:

  1. Insert the SD card into the memory slot. (May already be installed)
  2. From the home screen, touch Contacts
  3. Touch the Menu Key
  4. Touch Import/Export
  5. Under Import contacts from: SD card

Notes:

  • Contacts are exported in vcf (V Card) format.
  • You need to set up an email account before you can import contacts from your SD Card.

Hope this helps.
