Wont Start

th car wont turn over....got the battery checked...........not the problem......lights come on inside........what do you think it is

First check battery connections ..clear of any rust or corrosion. No red to have a good solid connection. Neg being snug for sure. When it doesn't start..do u hear click or nothing..or does it try to turn over? Check in battery amps..make sure it's not battery first.
