A/c Compressor Not Coming On.

Vehicle has a full refrigerant charge, low pressure at 38 head pressure at 190-200 at 90 degrees ambiant temp. The compressor is not cycling. It comes on sometimes which appears as if the compressor wiring plug might be defective or has a short.

The first thing to do is check the connector at the AC compressor to see if it has power whwen the system is turned on. Then check the pressure switch as well for power in and out.
