How Do You Reset The Head Unit On A 05 E500

I am having trouble accessing the MAP, and SERV buttons. The convienience functions have stop working also. I tried resetting the clock and the Serv button no longer functions. Anyone have any clues as to how to reset the Head Unit, Radio, Nav?
