Why Won't Mazda Honor It's 60,000 Limited Warranty Even Thhough It's Covered?

I was told I need a new belt and tensioner pulley and that I would. Have to pay $678 however when I looked at my owners manual it clearly states. That it's all covered under mazda's limited warranty what kind of scam are you guys running here. Either it's mazda with the shady,misleading,false advertisement "backdoor" business practices. Or it's mazda of elk grove trying to get over on mazda owners I need answers because. I shouldn't have to pay one red cent it's in the warranty my exact issue is covered WTF????Am I gonna have to contact the better business bureau and report this malpractice/ponzi scheme??
