Open/close Door Message Continuously Appears And No Other Cooking Function

It sounds like you might have a loose wire connection that is causing the problem. You will need to access the control board to check the wires, but this requires taking your appliance apart, which could void your warranty. Contact an appliance repair specialist so they can run diagnostic testing and replace any failing wires or components. Good luck!
