I Have A Maytag Mmv4205bas Microwave Is There An Internal Fuse Where

Your whole question is not posted but yes microwaves do have a fuse. If your unit does not turn on it could be the fuse. If it comes on but does not heat it could be the thermal safety has blown. Unless you are familiar with electronics and soldering its not advisable to try to repair a microwave beyond replacing a fuse, they are dangerous.
