New Machine. Used For The 1st Time And Sopay Water Leaked All Over The Floor. I

New machine. leaked soapy water over the floor. Is it the machine or a problem with installation?

It seems that your drain hose is leaky where it connects to the the water pump. inspect the discharge house and try to see where the water is coming from.
