Fridge Too Cold

My fridge runs too cold. I set the temp on the door to 46, but the inside is about ten degrees colder and freezes in the very bottom slide out section. Thermostat has been replaced as well as the little door to direct air flow. Maytag model MFI2067AES. Serial 20328264LP. It's done this since day one and is about 3 - 4 years old. Two different techs have looked at it.
