Baggage Allowances

Hello. I hope you can help me. I am flying from Brisbane Australia to Colombo Sri Lanka on 22/8/2015 Flight 134. My problem is my luggage. I have read and re read your website but cannot understand.I have one checked in bag weighing 30.2kgs. I have my cabin bag weighing 7 kgs. And I have swimming pool noodles, 6 in all to go into oversized luggage, 1900cm in length and weighing 3.24 kgs. Both the oversize and the checked in bag will be plastic wrapped.I have read oversize luggage goes on free in some places and I might be charged in others. So I am confused. I am heading to do volunteer work in Sri Lanka and have a letter from the orphange/school stating I will be bringing equipment needed for my work, very little of my own.MY QUESTION IS, WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE OVERSIZE LUGGAGE PLEASE? I HAVE FLOWN MALAYSIAN AIR FOR THE SAME VOLUNTEER WORK IN 2007 AND DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM THEN WITH THE POOL NOODLES. OR DO MALAYSIAN AIRLINES GIVE AN EXTRA FEW KILOS FOR HUMANITARIAN CASES?Thank you so much. I would like this sorted soon so I can get organised.Paula McKenny26/7/15
