Voicemail Messages
I cannot access my voicemail messages. When I dial my magicjackplus number to hear the messages the recording just keeps telling me to press the different numbers. When I press whatever number it says, it does't stop to respond to my request.

It's possible you didn't set up voice mail correctly. The instructions are at: http://www.helpowl.com/q/MajicJack/Technical-Support/voicemail-set/186706
Otherwise, my advice is that you reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here. If however the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
