What Is Error 401?

Until yesterday my MJ worked great. Then suddently even though my computer is connected to the internet it will not operate correctly - ideas anyone?

The 401 error means the page you were trying to bring up cannot be loaded until you first log on with a valid user ID and password. If you have just logged on and received the 401 error, it means that the credentials you entered were invalid for some reason.
