Computer Wont Recognize My Magic Jack Plus...

shows blue plus light and it blinks but no software install or nothing... what do I do

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if your Internet speed is too low,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html. If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.

Check your device manager when you connect the magicjack plus into your computer, try to connect it directly into all the usb ports on your pc to check. In your device manager try to look for Ymaxcorp magicjackplus cd rom,it should be under dvd/cd rom. If it i not there check under universal serial bus controller,still in Device Manager if you see any unknown device. If it stilldoes not work it's best to try a different computer to see ifyou have the same issue.
