Magic Jack Do Not Remember Password Nor E Mail How To Reset It,

<I AM HELPIN MY INLAW TO RENEW HIS SUSCRIPTION HE FORGOT E MAIL AND PASSWORD HOW CAN I RESET IT

Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug.
