I Cannot Get Phone From Canada Since Yesterday With My Magick Jack Plus? 450-23

I change my magick jack for a magick jack plus and since yesterday I cannot receive any phone call from Canada Montreal. I took this phone especially so my children could call me. I have a confirmation from magick jack stating that my renewal plan was taken from my credit card. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
