Where Is The Chat Service? I Need Know If My Credit Card Is Double Charged

I tried to order by phone, but I wanted a live person, not the stupid recorder, I HATE IT now, I am afraid that mi credit card has being charged twice for the same item.

You certainly should not have been double-charged. The way to know is to phone your credit card provider or check your account at that provider's website.
