I Install My Magicjack Plus And Was Working Correcttly Just For One Day, Ntil I

I install my magicjack plus and was working correctly, until I need to disconnet from the modem, and later when I connect again, dont works, even I tried in my computer, and dont works. Please, what I have to do to get ok for use again?. Thanks.

Sorry you're having problems. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
