My Magicjack Phone Does Have A Dial Tone And I Dont Know How To Get It To Work

I tried to use my phone but it doesnt have a dial tone so I tied to open the program up and it said that I need to register it. When I tried to enter my information, it said the it is invilad. But this is my phone and i need it to work

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

On your magicJack softphone:
Click "Menu"
Select "Volume/Headset Control"
Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
