Go to www.magicjack.com/techchat/ Here you will see a drop down menu after the word "category" click on "returns, exchanges, replacements" then click on the search button. This will bring up a spot to link you to a live Magicjack agent. Click on it to speak via "online chat" with a Magicjack representative.
