advance on 1/19/2011. I would like to convert this to my Magic Plus, but I need to change my name from Joyce Pace to Joyce Upchurch. I am happy to keep my same phone no., 270)777-2784. How can I do this?

Unless you have a special offer from them, magicJack will not credit you with payments for your old magicJack toward magicJack Plus. Sorry.
