Would you please tell me why my magic jack doesn't work, you ask to check my internet which is working very well. I often have problem with my device in the middle of the conversation. Would you please check on you side because it is very inconvinient as it happens quite frequently Thank you in advance

You seem to think we're magicJack. We're not. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.

If however the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
