Magic Jack Refused To Work

I relocate from one house to another now my magic jack refuse to work with out plugging in into a computer. why is that happenning?

I can only guess that you're using a different computer. If so, you need to plug your magicJack into the new computer and wait for the software to appear. Hope this helps!
