I Bought A Magic Jack Register It . Plugged It In Ran Magic Jack And Registered

I bought a nmgic jack registered it . I log in to make clalls magic is saying that device is not found on this account. HELP ME FIND ACCOUNT DEVICE IS REGISTERED UNDER.

Your device may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, simple actions will resolve the problem, as outlined here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
