On Magic Jack When I Make A Call The Person Can't Hear Me.

Everytime I make a call I can hear the person called but they can't hear me & everytime I talk (well "chat") with the so called "live agent" they take me through the same useless routines everyday with no solution to my problem. I got so used to the routine that during the whole conversation all I can look forward to is the part where I "all of the sudden" get disconnected. "You are no longer in the chat session". Magic Jack sucks! Time to inform the Better Business Bureau

magicJack indeed does not offer more than the most feeble customer support. You may inform the Better Business Bureau at www.cbbb.org.

Your device may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, simple actions will resolve the problem, as outlined here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
