Concerning My Order

if i ordered my magic jack 3 or 4 years ago and never used it would i still be able to get my 1 year of service free like i was told at the time of my purchase if i used it now.

That depends on what you were told in the offer. Ordinary magicJack orders don't get free service. Sorry to say, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support.
